RESERVATION: INSTRUCTIONS

How to reserve a campsite pitch?

Pitch reservations can only be made through our website www.campinglegurp.com.

No requests will be accepted by email or telephone in order to prevent overbooking. Simply follow the online procedure by filling in the required information and paying a 30% deposit of the total price of your stay (the website is hosted on a French platform and complies with Law No. 2018-700 of August 3, 2018, which establishes the payment security standard; AmEx cards are not accepted).

What is the online booking process?

There are 4 steps to the online booking process:

- "Choose your stay" where you select your dates and your type of pitch (pitched pitch, electric pitch, or mobile pitch)

- "Options" where you specify the participants in your stay and any desired options

- "Contact details" where you provide your contact information and have the option to leave a comment regarding your booking

- "Payment" where you pay for your stay online Deposit

Can I reserve multiple pitches?

When booking, you can reserve multiple pitches. During the second step, "Option," you have the option to save your stay details and reserve another pitch. You will then be redirected to step 1. All saved stays will be summarized in step 3 on the right side of your screen. The deposits for the different stays will be added together, and you will pay the total deposits in step 4.

Is it possible to reserve a specific pitch?

You can leave us your preferences in the comments section during step 3. You can enter desired pitch numbers, preferences such as a sunny or shaded pitch, proximity to the sanitary facilities, or a specific area of the campsite, etc.

The campsite team will then assign you a pitch, trying their best to respect your preferences based on availability and everyone's requests.

Is it possible to have pitches next to each other?

In the comments section of step 3 of the booking process, you can indicate that you would like to be next to another person who has booked a pitch at the campsite. You must then provide at least the first and last name of the person who booked the pitch.

If multiple pitches have been booked at once through our website, we automatically place them side by side, subject to availability and unless otherwise requested by the camper.

The website is not offering me any pitches

If the website is not offering you any pitches, please check the dates you have requested and the number of people indicated: nothing will be offered if your dates are outside the campsite's opening period or if you have indicated more than 6 people in your search.

The website is offering me pitches on dates different from those entered in my search

If the website is offering you different dates, it means that no pitches are available for the entire period you have requested.

The website will then offer you shorter or alternative dates.

Full campsite: can I make multiple reservations for the same stay on successive dates?

A reservation corresponds to a specific pitch. This means that each time you book on the website, a new pitch will be assigned to you, requiring you to move your equipment to a new pitch. To optimize pitch management and for your comfort, only one move is permitted per stay.

Example:

Paul wants to stay at the campsite from July 15th to July 27th on an electric pitch. If Paul chooses an electric pitch from July 15th to July 21st, as suggested by the website, he can extend his stay by checking if an electric or non-electric pitch is available from July 21st to July 27th. He is then aware that he will have to move all his equipment to the new pitch on the morning of July 21st. However, if Paul needs to split his stay into more than two bookings and requests bookings from July 15th to 20th, from July 20th to 22nd, and from July 22nd to 27th, the bookings will be canceled by the campsite and the deposit paid will be rejected by our team. I need to change my pitch during my stay. Only one change is allowed per stay. The pitch change must take place in the morning, between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the day indicated on your booking confirmation. Can I add extra people to a booking already confirmed by the campsite? We accept additional people in a booking if the number of people and the number and type of facilities comply with our internal regulations. You can email us the full name and date of birth of each participant, as well as their dates of stay, and we will add them to the reservation. Alternatively, you can add additional participants directly at the campsite reception.

If someone not previously registered wants to join an existing stay at the campsite, the site manager must be present to confirm their agreement.

PREPARING YOUR ARRIVAL

Can I arrive before my reservation date?

If you wish to arrive earlier, you will need to book an additional night on the website and indicate in the comments section at step 3 of the booking process that it is an addition to your original reservation.

Subject to availability, an additional day may be accepted on the same pitch, accepted with a new pitch for one night, or refused.

What time can I arrive at the campsite?

The campsite reception opens at 8:00 AM. Pitches can be vacated by the previous occupants until 12:00 PM.

What happens if I arrive after reception closes?

If you arrive after reception closes, the night watchman at reception can welcome you and allow you to settle into the campsite until 11:00 PM. You will need to complete the administrative procedures at reception the following morning.

What is the latest departure time?

The pitch must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the morning of departure.

Any overstay may result in an additional night's charge.
