80 kilometers from our 2-star campsite in the Médoc, meet in the city of Bordeaux. You will be charmed by this city and its many exceptional monuments: the Saint-Michel Basilica, the Saint-André Cathedral, the Grosse Cloche, the Place de la Bourse, the Miroir d'eau, the Porte Cailhau, the Stone Bridge and many others. The Gironde estuary

It is the largest estuary in Western Europe, but also the best preserved. This estuary has an area of 635 km², stretches 75 km long and 12 km wide. The Gironde estuary is home to many islands, three of which can be visited on cruises. You will be charmed by the landscapes of the Gironde.

Cordouan Lighthouse

Located 7 kilometers from the coast, the Cordouan Lighthouse is located at the mouth of the Gironde estuary, surrounded by sandbanks. It is the oldest lighthouse in France still in operation. You can visit this lighthouse, accessible only by boat. Let yourself be tempted by an exceptional visit to an emblematic place.


Soulac-sur-Mer is ideally located on the Atlantic Coast. You will find beaches as far as the eye can see. You will enjoy surfing, swimming or all types of sporting activities.
